Our Process
Meet.
Call or email us to schedule a time to meet & discuss the building of your new home. If you’re looking to build from scratch, our experienced draftsman will create new plans or modify existing plans to fit your needs. Our meeting with you will go over any questions you have, the details of your home, & our building process.
Once you decide you’re ready to build, you’ll sign a contract, put 1% down that will be credited at closing, send us a pre-approval letter from your bank, & schedule a time to meet with our in-office interior designer to decide on the interior & exterior design your new home.
Design.
The fun part! You’ll work 1-on-1 with our in-office interior designer to select all of the details of your home. From flooring to crown-moulding; countertops to faucets; paint colors to stone design… she will walk you through the inside & outside of your home step-by-step & make sure every detail reflects your vision.
Oh, did we mention that ALL selections from your home can be selected in our office’s show room? No needing to spend hours upon hours running around Sioux Falls to make selections for your home!
Build.
Lastly, we’ll take the reins while you relax and prep yourself for moving into your new home. We carry the construction loan, we pay utilities and taxes throughout the build process. It really is that simple! Don’t forget to take pictures as your new home takes shape!
